1. labeling-All designs and logos are the creative property of Thee Caprico and will have our branding. Several items will come with the label proudly featured inside the clothing (*select Beast Wear items and most BST luxe Essential items) while others will have "outside" labels (typically screen-printed on the garment). Although both versions are original and authentic Thee CapriCo creations, due to limitations in our current production process we aren't always able to remove the manufacturers label from all of our pieces.

2. Clothing production and shipping - Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you (and even MORESO for items labeled "CUT & SEW" ex: BST luxe Essentials Windbreaker). Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

3. SIZING-All items/clothing come in UNISEX sizing, unless otherwise indicated in product description. Most items in the BEAST WEAR Apparel collection have a loose, comfortable fit. Most items in the BST luxe Essentials collection have a slimmer fit.

4. CUSTOM items/designs-It's also possible to customize clothing (and SOME accessories*)!! Depending on the collection/item you can add things like names/words or numbers (**additional cost for these upgrades/changes**). 5. Return policy-As an up-and-coming small, black owned business, customer satisfaction is what will keep our brand alive, so we want you to be happy with your purchase! To that end while we don't offer refunds, we will provide exchanges. Something too small or too BIG? Direct To Garment/screen-printed image extremely distorted or misprinted? Received the wrong item? Simply EMAIL us by clicking HERE OR fill out and submit the form (on the RIGHT side of this page) detailing your concern. We will have you return the unworn, undamaged item to us to the address listed above, and once received we will process your exchange.
